6.3 Refunds and Cancellations
Refund policies are determined by individual consultants and clearly stated at the time of booking. Platform fees may be non-refundable. Cancellation policies vary by consultant and service type.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Platform Content
All content on the Caldorentis platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is owned by Caldorentis or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to our platform. By submitting content, you grant Caldorentis a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting our services.
